"Soi" translates to side street in Thai. The design captures the bustling, sensory, and vibrant energy of authentic Thai night markets and street food scenes. The restaurant’s goal is to bridge the gap between their established Canadian origins (Ontario) and Thailand. It merges Thai tradition with modern, cosmopolitan tastes to create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere.
